- location: the training center is brand new and well located - culture: everyone is friendly and helpful; flat structure and management is open to suggestions and input - pay: can be more, but well above current competitors - work schedule: they roster according to 5-2-6-3 to allow for a better quality of life - simulators/classrooms: all brand new and latest tech

Cons

- On-boarding: at the time I joined, the on-boarding took place outside of the city due to building construction which created challenges - Food options nearby: there are not too many, but the on-site cafeteria will open soon
