      Facade - wonderful on paper, reality different

      Pros

      Interesting technology. 5 word minimum.

      Cons

      They spend money on marketing rather than operations. People are chopped, changed, thrown out without care or concern. They don't like hearing reality/truth. Totally under staffed. Expect long hours, no reward for going the extra mile and to be paid levels below the role you actually do.

      Good benefits, trustworthy culture, excellent work life balance, company tries hard with wellness and diversity/inclusion initiatives.

      Cons

      Project management gets messy, programs usually run over budget, not a lot of room to grow, slow salary growth.
