Pros

Staff demonstrating initiative are generally assigned challenging job assignments. Career advancement is possible within the company. Employees are often able to work autonomously.

Cons

The corporate culture needs to be improved. Management really needs to listen to employees rather than just conduct employee satisfaction surveys.

High-tech product, great team work, wonderful smart people all around, promising future, company culture evolving in right direction.

Cons

Still a bit of an old-school mentality in some aspects. Working from home not officially encouraged is one example.

Aircraft simulators are the biggest and coolest toys in the world.

Cons

Poor management, focused on their image and career (some are actually corporate psychopaths). So called technical career is actually sub-manager tasks and mindless technical form approving drone.
