      Pros

      The parent company is well known and seems to have a decent reputation.

      Cons

      Can only speak for the Australian subsidiary and it was terrible to work for. It might have been good if it weren’t for the people. You had to watch your back at all times and trust no one especially not HR. There were so many confidentialities broken.

      Pros

      Very nice product lines that truly help people and the planet, customer focussed, international business. Incredibly dedicated people that will go the extra miles to ensure deliveries happen.

      Cons

      Subject to the cycles of the aeronautical industry. Large organisation with internal politics. Constantly reorganising at the expense of some fundamental long-standing issues not being resolved. No career management, you are on your own like most places.
