      Depressing environment

      Pros

      Company allows for "California Friday" early leave if the work is done. Christmas Season office shutdown is a nice bonus to the vacation time. Relatively good vacation time allowance.

      Cons

      Never-ending waves of lay off. Started with once a year then twice a year now almost every month. Mostly affect "working horses" while keeping upper level management resulting in one of the highest concentration of managers per a worker. Company cuts on everything starting from benefits ending with the office coffee. Excessive formality around business related subjects. Obscure lay off reasoning.

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, Flexible working hours, Work life balance, Easy to approach leaders and managers, Employee friendly approach, Payed overtime

      Cons

      Some projects are still developed with old technologies from the 20th century, There are technical assessors, but you might need to find your own way to develop yourself (as a developer, this is a must anyway...)
