Pros

The projects are quite interesting as well as the staff in general. It is quite a dynamic environment with hands-on projects with real engineering projects.

Cons

Management hardly knows what is going on. Fainted results often more important than real progress. Really quick to lay off or fire people without any planning which causes kind of Brownian movement in the staff.

High Tech company - innovative, market leader Great people - really great people genuinely looking to improve (culture, products, services)

Cons

Can be slow to act A lot of 'tick-the-box" stuff because of corporate policies - many of these are regarded by employees as unnecessary overheads

HR dept just do what the management tell them to do. hardly independent Want you as cheap as possible, Noncompetitive pay, and virtually no money for training or professional development Management is weak, unsettle and sometimes not capable to run project or team particularly remotely Governance and workload management v poor
