      Pros

      They let me fix my hours according to daycare, as long as I do my 40 they are good with my start times and finish times. Great people to work with, lots of nice people in the department. Well Being is important and we have lots of activities to not only de-stress but to meet new people in the department.

      Cons

      Stress can sometimes be overwhelming, but any job has some to a certain degree. So not too many disadvantages.

      Pros

      If you are up for a challenge, this is the place. You will be pushed to your limit and will be invited to share your best ideas to improve and deliver projects. Working conditions (salary & benefit) are competetive and you can travel the world.

      Cons

      The number of projects to deliver is increasing constantly but the level of staff does not follow. Hard to get things done fast.
