      Pros

      The chance to work on some of the most innovative aviation technology. A sense of purpose goes a long way and it's not a stretch to say that almost any plane you've taken in North America, chances are the pilot was trained on a CAE Simulator

      Cons

      Very large, democratic company. People do get lots of chances to move up, however it may be difficult at times

      The team is really dedicated to making a difference. The product is really cool and the personnal benefits are great.

      Cons

      The company could be more efficient in reducing the number of meetings we have in a day - that is part of the culture too!
