      Pros

      The products (Full Flight Simulators)are awesome! Working there you will surely have an opportunity to fly an A320 or 737. The company is growing fast, it brings a lot of fun challenge. There is a lot of opportunities to travel. The culture, in general, is very nice.

      Cons

      Location is not the best, expect traffic to get there.

      Good benefits, slightly above market average pay, interesting products, possibility to move around different departments, flexible hours and possibility to work from home

      Cons

      Like any other big company, the work is highly specialized and CAE specific. The recruitment process is too long and the candidates are not kept in the loop during the waiting time (based on personal experience, takes anywhere from a few weeks to 4-5 months).
