A very impersonal place to work

Pros

The work is interesting, peers are helpful, everyone is proud of the simulator products, and balance of personal time to overtime.

Cons

Managers don't talk to subordinates. In one experience, the manager of a group of 20 did not even know the names of the people that were reporting to him/her. The managers were in a world of their own, summarizing the work of the staff, and rarely leaving their office. except to report to their own manager.

Love their product and work.Lots of challenges. Lots of experienced people willing to teach.

Cons

The management is bad. Pays hardly any money to the engineers whereas the managers bag all the money. French is a big factor too. Not recommended if french is not your first language.
