Great benefits. Higher than average pay compared to industry. Health, dental plan is good. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Some good people working at CAE, but not a place of excellence. It's a place of comfort- like a slightly used rug with some stains, and the colour isn't quite what it used to be, but it's comforting and feels fine under your feet. Industry is slightly stagnating.
