      Good environment, Balance lifestyle, Best place to work (Engineering)

      No bonus, low expected salary, Future plan not clear, very high profit but less give to employee, benefit just basic, medical only for gov hospital, not fair with wages eg. outsider (not staff) get the position will get high paid but when own staff get the same position cannot demand as much as outsider.
