Very stable company. World leader in flight simulators. Friendly workplace.

Cons

Low salary. Heavy reliance on legacy technology. Even the latest products are merely wrappers for the same old technology. Tasking can be boring - same stuff day-in day-out for years. Architects and senior engineers are unwilling to explore new frameworks, technologies, and design patterns.

-Cutting edge technology -Global large company of 8000 employees -Head office is in Montreal -Working with diverse people & locations -Not only in the Aerospace industry, but exciting developments in the Healthcare industry -Compensation and social benefits are very good -Lots of room for advancement

Cons

-Very top heavy -Departments are run in silos, and experiences can vary greatly, depending on which division you are in. -Location; not easy to get to via public transportation
