      Benefits are immediate for full time employees Good balance between routine work and challenging task

      Cons

      Pay is below industry standards and raises are minimal, if any. No room for advancement Very little feedback from management Little to no recognition Not enough employees to cover a 24/7 operation No formal job training, very "learn as you go" for such a technical career.

There is a focus on improving methods and tooling to provide top-notch software engineering. Compensation for entry-level positions remains competitive. Great opportunities for international travel.

      Hour-glass organisational structure. Promotions are rare for the technical (non-management) track. Compensation is below average for individuals with 10+ years of software experience.
