CAE India.. One of the best payers in market, according to industry standards. Good opportunities to travel - to Montreal, esp. Good opportunity to learn about aircraft systems, overall.. incl. critical aspects of flying - esp. while working with experts in Montreal

But, job is never guaranteed. CAE-Simulation Technologies, India. just hires/fires for the heck of it. Hiring happens in a haste, based on several assumptions.. without proper clarity/visibility of work inflow. Once they realize thinks wont work, immediate lay-offs.. So many sound experienced candidates were hired by showcasing several projects. All those visions had collapsed even before they joined. All of them came into the company, but realised late. Many were sent out at the end of the financial year, citing business reasons. No fault of theirs, in spite of excellent technical background. The whole group is most of the time in a de-motivated state.
