The management has really adapted itself and it shows in terms of how much control of the business is given back to the people that can make a difference. detailed work on almost all aircraft. restructuring currently to standardize processes.most colleagues are great people. salary is pretty good

growth is not so great in terms of levels. not doing so great in the face of competition. management keeps shifting between ideas and approaches. currently lacks standard system of doing most work
