I used to worked for them a long time ago, it was probably the first company in Hungary introducing fun employee perks such as company ski trips, table tennis etc. Their business domain is very exciting however the Hungarian office rather received legacy projects (cheap labour?).

Cons

- Micromanagement of logging working hours - Legacy projects most of the time - Lack of expertise in many areas such as web development - Low salaries

Felt valued as a technician here. Management was extremely transparent with the state of business. Benefits packages were excellent. Management was readily available and valued every employee.

Cons

Pay was lower than average in this field.

PTO and work life balance

Cons

Micromanagement increases when performance is threatened. Supervisors gossip about employees with other employees. While PTO is generous, supervisors will grill you about your time off especially due to illness. Railroaded layoffs especially tenured employees close to retirement.
