      Pros

      The people you work with are great. The job is steady and only rarely stressful. Median pay packet. Get to work with fun technologies and level d flight sims.

      Cons

      No opportunity for pay negotiation unless you make yourself invaluable, and even then it's tough. Upper management can make some pretty poor decisions for employees that causes stress and anxiety. They don't value their employees anywhere near as much as they say they do.
