it's a big company in Quebec so it adds some bonus on your resume. they are using new technology (or at least trying to switch to new ones) aerospace and aviation industry sounds cool
Cons
worst on board bureaucracy and politics are very obvious in the team, you are on your own and never trust or rely on anyone big plans but very slow action laid off lot of people during pandemic, then expanded dramatically during the recovery, and cut lot of people again who have worked there for years. what picture do you get from this? have no problem of letting people go who have worked there for a long time and good at what they are doing. they talk about training people or certify them, but didn't see any action, especially now there is budget cut if you get an offer from them and think it's a really good opportunity just because of their big name, then really, think again.
