      Pros

      nice people, work life balance

      Cons

      Upper management has no idea whats going on or what to do, middle management doesn't really have power. They are 2 steps behind the projects constatly trying to solve the current crisis instead of leading us. CAE is far from the worst place where you could end up, but I wouldn't recommend it of you have other good looking options.

      It's an opportunity rich environment, and there are several opportunities to learn, but after a few years, it is a grind.

      Cons

      A lot of legacy employees have been there a long time, just biding time, because they know a job with a pension doesn't exist.
