I really enjoyed my time working for CAF Management. I learned a lot about property management under the guidance of my Regional Manager and the support of the rest of the leadership team. I started off as an assistant manager and was quickly promoted. I really think if you prove yourself and meet your deadlines, the sky is truly the limit. I recently relocated to another state or else I would still be with them.

Beautiful properties and good employee discount.

Cons

When I started, our property manager left and was replaced with someone... for a week before they were replaced with someone new.... for a month before we finally got a more long term manager. I was ultimately let go for “not doing a good job” after little to no training was provided. Upper management also came off as quite cliquey
