      Pros

      Promotes from within often. Lots of properties and growing portfolio. Their processes and day to day management are very straightforward.

      Cons

      Can be very clicky and brown nosy. Promotions are done based on how much someone likes you not based on your ability. If you get on the wrong side of upper management you should leave cause you will never advance, regardless of your qualifications.

      Pros

      Can't think of any during my time there...I am much happier since I left and hope that they make positive changes in the future for their teams.

      Cons

      Poor company culture, they made promises to several employees around me with no follow through, and they overwhelm their teams with little to no support. They are very "clicky" and if you do not fit in they can be very unprofessional.
