Pros
In my opinion, the pros at CAF far outweigh the cons. After spending four years with the company, I left for a year to join a larger, more well-known organization. That experience was a culture shock. The main reason I chose to return to CAF was because of the people and the culture, it’s something truly unique. At CAF, you're not just a number. If you ask anyone at corporate or onsite who I am, they’ll likely know me by name and recognize my performance. Not many companies can say that about their employees. CAF also offers some of the most paid holidays in the industry and generous discounts for living onsite. These benefits, combined with the supportive environment, made it an easy decision to come back.
