In my opinion, the pros at CAF far outweigh the cons. After spending four years with the company, I left for a year to join a larger, more well-known organization. That experience was a culture shock. The main reason I chose to return to CAF was because of the people and the culture, it’s something truly unique. At CAF, you're not just a number. If you ask anyone at corporate or onsite who I am, they’ll likely know me by name and recognize my performance. Not many companies can say that about their employees.
