      30+ Years with CAI, They Must Be Doing Something Right!

      Pros

      Great Flexibility (working hours, etc.). Variety: in 30+ years with CAI, I've worked many different types of projects instead of being "pigeon-holed" into one type of development work. Great Culture: CAI has always promoted a cohesive culture of performance and excellence. Diversity: as the parent of a neuro-diverse adult, I'm proud of the work CAI does through its TechABILITY employee group

      Cons

      Now that COVID has shut down our Development Centers, there's less "community" to support the culture as contact with CAI managers and co-workers is typically through telemeetings.

      Pros

      Company works hard to promote a culture of excellence and going the extra mile for the client. Great effort is expected and rewarded. Benefits are very good for the industry. Will keep good employees on the bench until the next opportunity come along instead of laying them off.

      Cons

      Working atmosphere and satisfaction can vary greatly depending on what project or client you are placed with. Can be difficult to get placed on a better project. Career advancement can be hard to achieve. Very little training is provided by the company. Salaries are fairly low and bonuses are infrequent.
