Nothing low pay keep looking if possible but if you have no other choice its a good temporary position.

Cons

No advancements or raises. low pay. Unreasonable expectations for productivity low retention rate for new employees.

Less raise Less salary No bonus, no 401k contribution, no carry over leave No mentoring available until you want to do by yourself
