Pros

Friendly management & co-workers. Flexible schedule & easy to work extra hours. Get to listen to music while you work.

Cons

Hourly pay is low-10.28 an hour, with a 50 cent an hour bonus if you don't make any errors during the week. The health insurance is expensive & doesn't cover alot if you're full time. I purposely work less than 30 hours so I can keep my insurance through the Marketplace.

Play ping pong while crew is working, chat with front desk ,Happy hours at 4 pm, hire friends to be puppets. All of this and not being billable to the client.

Cons

Employees remain loyal, impress clients , win new projects - not expecting generous 1% pay increase every 3 years, if employer is reviewed.
