Pros

Easy going work environment with a good work/life balance. Nice people. Healthcare is great. Other coworkers are nice but very young and not experienced.

Cons

Bad projects. They offer advancement opportunities with no pay increase. No salary increases. No matching 401k. They have JR level people running the projects that don’t know what they’re doing.

Top notch company. A professional environment, both at HQ and remote, allowing for personal growth and achievement. Excellent management support and strong team bonds. Customer centric providing excellent services and products.

Cons

Somewhat limited opprtunity for advancement in comparison to a Fortune 500 Company, however, there are many advantages in not being an F500 firm.
