      Pros

      Small company with a great reputation. Enthusiastic team members and a wonderful learning experience.

      Cons

      Lack of communication where it is needed most. Too much emailing, not enough phone conversations. Technology they give the majority of employees absolutely horrible, so old and unreliable.
