      Pros

      Get's your foot in the door but not a lot of room for growth as there isn't much room for growth.

      Cons

      No real raises. They extend your contracts indefinitely to avoid giving you full benefits. Not really supposed to be a long term career unless you find yourself in a management situation.

      People come to this company and stay a long time because it is a nice place to work. Management that I've worked for has been fair and the work is interesting. Benefits are awesome.
