      Pros

      The benefits are good. The pay is decent. There are many opportunities to learn from talented people. My experience with management has always been positive.

      Cons

      It is difficult to get off of a long term project once you're on it. This makes learning new skills difficult.

      Pros

      Open to new ideas and projects, flexible hours, great benefits. The team I work with is adaptable and enthusiastic to change. My manager allows us to work independently to get our jobs done and encourages us to look for new ways to bring the best to CAI and to support the business.

      Cons

      Not always the best at communications, business decisions are made without consulting the users.
