Most of the people are nice and the company has a variety of opportunities. Work/life balance is great!

Cons

Company culture is one of back-stabbing to achieve success, throwing people under the bus, lying, and poor ethics. Advancement is based on who you know.

Big company that works & acts like a much more smaller nimble company. People pitch in and help each other when there are problems or a challenge to meet. Open door policy, candid feedback can always be asked for and given. Company values doing whats right for the customer. Flexible work, assuming client is okay.

Cons

Sometimes it takes time to get things done but usually escalation gets the job done.
