      Pros

      I liked everyone I interacted with while working here, I was able to learn new skills on the job. My manager was a great role model.

      Cons

      They try to quantify all skills and abilities, while it isn't a bad thing, sometimes it felt limiting. Long testing battery as apart of interview process to quantify abilities.

      - Growing business. Grows consistently 10+% per year (since inception) - Benefits are great. You even get a free gym membership - Opportunities to learn from experience IT executives - Great place to learn and develop on projects - Process driven community

      - Not very diverse - Difficult to move between regions and corporate - Your position is well defined unless you are in marketing
