One of the better IT contracting companies in the Lehigh Valley

Pros

Decent salary, benefits, and vacation as far as IT contracting companies go. Annual Christmas party is top-notch. The organization is privately held, and has a small-company feel to it. You are a number, but you are not *just* a number as far as the company is concerned.

Cons

Raises not sufficient to keep you there. They will throw you a few crumbs, but eventually you will be forced to move on if you want a big increase. Not a huge con, since this is largely the case in corporate America as I have experienced it.

Cons

When you work in one of their call centers, you're required to wear shirt and tie if you are a man.
