Community support in PA. Involved in autism to work program. Tony S. the former CEO started a great company 35 years ago.

Cons

Company roots are no longer priority. Dishonest business practices from Management. Not the company they used to be known for.

Pros

Easy going work environment with a good work/life balance. Nice people. Healthcare is great. Other coworkers are nice but very young and not experienced.

Cons

Bad projects. They offer advancement opportunities with no pay increase. No salary increases. No matching 401k. They have JR level people running the projects that don’t know what they’re doing.

Job is not too stressful. Opportunities to be creative and think on your feet. Lots of philanthropy and giving back to the community.

Cons

Management is cheap. Policies and rules are inconsistent and unclear. Lots of variability depending on who your manager is. No company 401k match. Poor medical benefits.
