      Pros

      Benefits are great for all employees including seasonals Pay is steadily rising to become comparable to local government departments.

      Cons

      There used to be long stints of 30+ days on duty and they have countered it with almost zero overtime. Overtime is where a lot of employees, mostly seasonal, make their money and are able to put it aside for the off season.
