      Pros

      Medical benefits, fun at times with your crew. Nothing else. Get a different career.

      Cons

      Mostly everything. If you get injured on the job they will tell you it’s easier if you just die due to all the paperwork. Plus, no one cares about you. I was in the Marine Corps, and I wasn’t treated like a number there but CAL FIRE, does not care about their FF1’s what so ever.
