      The Pro's for his large government contractor include: Competitive salary Good benefits package ESOP

      Cons

      The Con's which certainly were growing: It was a good ole' boys network Progressive thinking was not evident in they way they conducted business or treated their employees Few to no representation from women and minorities in leadership roles

      Good People, Very Smart Co-Workers

      Cons

      Medical benefits are awful. Cost is too high for employees with families. Almost like not having any insurance considering what you pay as an employee. No Business Ethics. Too many inappropriate relationships at management levels and no accountability. Hire too many relatives and friends. No standardized processes in recruitment.
