      Flexible hours and great benefits.

      Cons

      More work for less pay. At a smaller company, you may be expected to take on roles beyond your job title and you may not be paid extra salary for doing so. Not as much room for promotion.

      Pros

      A lot of really great, caring people work here. Schedule is flexible and there's a great deal of commitment from employees to seeing the company succeed.

      Cons

      If you came in with a low salary, it won't change much regardless of how much you do for the company. Those who get paid the least in many cases do the most work - including many nights and weekends. While it's nice to be paid overtime, if you're base salary is low, the money isn't worth it for the amount of time put in.
