      Pros

      Company discount is generous, you get to learn a lot about the business and about the workings of a fashion brand overall.

      Cons

      Store management treats its employees awfully, fraternization and mingling amongst employees while working is horrendously frowned upon, achievements are hardly celebrate yet shortcomings and failures are emphasized and broadcasted. Management constantly treated us like robots, discouraged making friends with co-workers, making small talk while performing tasks (to make a slow day go by faster). Upper management and HR sides with store managers on any real issues. Overall a toxic work environment. My advice: gauge your store culture quickly, if it sounds like what I'm saying - get out!
