Pros

The benefits were great the team that I worked with was amazing, the company have some decent values, and the discount was great.

Cons

Corporate claims that they care for their employees and we are the best company to work for but they really just care that theyre making money and their underlyings are being overworked with little pay. ever since the pandemic hit they cut full-time supervisors to save them money, cut some benefits, they refuse to offer more money to the associates, managers and overall everybody that stayed and struggled during opening back up summer 2020 to Current time but they were willing to hire new people that didn’t know the culture or the company in for a little bit more pay every so often instead of moving people up within the company. There’s no wiggle room at all to move up with the company, part-time employees don’t get any type of benefits, good pay or anything at all but the discount. When associates were hired before the pandemic, they all had the same pay but nowadays they claim it’s based on experience when it really isn’t they just hire you and pay you what they think you should be paid, and it’s honestly not enough to keep our employees when competitors all around us are offering more including good benefits. A lot of good people have left this company due to corporate not really caring about our feelings about being short staffed underpaid, and overworked. But at least they offer you a five dollar pizza party.
