      401k Health/Dental/Eye insurance coverage is pretty good Unlimited sick days

      Cons

      No flexibility of in office days - 3x/week Meetings being schedule outside office hours, in person on wfh days and on summer Fridays for the entire day New leadership adding excessive amount of backend adhoc requests on current reporting and processes

      Fine, company a bit outdated

      Pros

      The staff discount online and in-store and also at Tommy Hilfiger.

      Cons

      Very toxic workplace, senior management were all very arrogant and obnoxious not sure why. Quite delusional. Workplace bullying occurred daily. Very high school environment. 0 progression. They’d also change shifts with 24 hours notice which to them was normal but just not right in my eyes.
