Had a chance to work in fashion industry, met amazing people, learned a lot about sales.

Cons

Worked for the company 5+ years, during which they offer me a manager position (3 times) , had to decline the offer due lack of financial compensation. Just simply could not live on it...

Good benefits and good employee discounts

Cons

Pay is below average. They never did cost of living increase. Bonus program sucks. They make you blow payroll for corp visits but when you actually need the payroll for support on your sales floor they say no. They used to be big on employee morale but not anymore. Constant turnover from the field to the office. You could even see it in the clothes they buy, out of style.
