      Pros

      This company is full of incredibly talented individuals who, in my experience, are excellent collaborators. Truly intelligent and capable professionals with years of knowledge to spare.

      Cons

      Leadership cannot seem to let employees do their jobs. The autocratic style of management has stifled the creativity, productivity, and success of the company as a whole.

      Pros

      A lot of repeating work, not much to do especially if youre an associate, but its super easy to pick up shifts because people always call out with no warning.

      Cons

      There are little to no punishment for no call no show, which could be a pro but in the long run is just very annoying and unprofessional. The higher up management are TERRIBLE, ive never worked somewhere where they dont value, and belittle the people brining in their cash like how I did at CK.
