      Great work and product that is output. collaborative.

      Cons

      the new President the past year has a hand in everything, holds up process and has eyes set on wrong priorities. won't work regular business/operating hours so meetings are super early in the morning or late at night. NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE WITH HER. she only cares about her own schedule.

      Pros

      Amazing sales team to work with, some nice product. Good uniform allowance and very good discount (65% off full price, 40% online, 50% outlet).

      Cons

      Very chaotic environment and you’re often handling the jobs of 3/4 people at once. Massively overworked to the point of exhaustion and breakdowns. Pay is by far one of the worst I have EVER seen in this industry, with non existent pay rises unless government issued with NLW - especially taking into account the sheer scale the company is on. Leadership can be extremely poor at times, leaving Supervisors to run the shop floor, team and operations 99% of the time whilst they sit comfortably in the office doing “paperwork”.
