The only pro is the friendships I've developed with my peers.

Cons

Do not pursue a career at CK - it is a raging dumpster fire and the turnover rate is extreme. As soon as you get yourself settled, just wait! Leadership does not care about employees whatsoever and it's evident with how little they pay.
