      Pros

      Managers are very understanding. HR is actually very helpful with any problems you have. Depends what hospital you work at.

      Cons

      You can only transfer within the facility once a year. I believe you should have more than one chance a year.

      Would work there again. Only left because I moved out of state for a short time.

      I like the people I work with and the patients I have the privilege to care for on a daily basis.

      Cons

      The hospital is growing in good ways but staffing is a little behind the curve with the growth. Ultimately a positive place to work.
