Pros
I feeling of knowing that your helping another person when their sick and a company that supports you in the process.
Cons
A con to the job is what we called circle programs, this is where if someone on the next shift calls in you the circled person has to stay and work the next shift. This leaves you the circled person working a 16 hour shift.
