      Cares about patients; cares about employees, good benefits, flexible hours, generally good environment

      Cons

      All of the pros depend on your department assignment. I hear lots of negatives from others, but have never experienced it. Sometimes the bottom line plays a big role in various aspects, but this is true if any place.
