      The main camc company doesn’t care about the clinics they have bought

      The clinics are closer for patients so they don’t have to drive to Charleston but as far the employees we have lost a lot of benefits when they bought plateau medical and camc don’t give us the basic needs we needs to do our job to are for our patients properly

      Camc doesn’t care about the. Clinic staff. We don’t get any special treatment that the hospital staff gets, shirts hats special get together awards. We don’t get basic needs to care for our patients the way they need to be cared for properly. There is definitely favoritism between managers and providers. Some providers who half a** do there job get special treatment and treated like gold as well as their staff. When the other provider in the office works her a** off and gets crappied on daily as well as her staff. I’m currently looking for another job and not because of the provider I work for I love and respect her as does her patients
